CrossFit level 1 seminar in Utrecht.

In addition to hosting this a CrossFit Level 1 course, CrossFit U1 is always on the lookout for new coaches. We are a busy box, with our main focus on CrossFit, while offering a diversity of classes including Strength, Weightlifting, Endurance, Lite, Fundamentals and also Fit Mom classes. Many enthusiastic members, take their Level 1, but often have little to none coaching experience. At CrossFit U1, we see the value in offering internships to become a CrossFit Coach.
