HYROX is a “New Global Fitness Race”that combines together these 3 elements of fitness:
CrossFit and Hyrox are a great fit together. We aim to cover all aspects of functional fitness. Hyrox is a competitive sport open for everybody. Whether you want to compete in a race or not, our Hyrox classes will elevate your cardio and strength. Hyrox offers movement patterns that are less complex and technical than CrossFit.
Endurance or Hyrox, what’s the difference:
Many elements of Hyrox are endurance based exercises, think of, interval training at a high intensity, running and rowing. The main difference is that strength development will be added to the programming. The core exercises of Hyrox will be a major part of the training.
What you can expect:
The Hyrox classes and programming, will be aimed to strengthen and improve on the following movements of a Hyrox competition. In addition we will create a programming, varying in variety but meeting the standard movement patterns of:
