The Ying and the Yang complement each other. They are Fire and Water, Movement and Peace, Action and Reflexion. It is the symbol of this competition.
You can anticipate testing in all ten aspects of fitness during this in-house fitness competition. The ten CrossFit domains—strength, speed, agility, stamina, endurance, coordination, accuracy, balance, flexibility, and power—will be covered by three tests that we plan to present. Our goal is to create a competition that is thorough, straightforward, and meaningful.
All 3 tests will be written for 2 categories: Performance (RX) and Fitness (Scaled).
Prepare for a great time, a few new movements, and the chance to connect with other athletes at our beloved CrossFit box.
