WOD (Workout of the day) Regular Classes  

Work-out of the day. Each day the WOD is displayed on your sign in/app, just click on the day you’re looking for. Our complete program is designed to improve strength and conditioning. The WOD can be scaled (adjusted) to provide a suitable challenge for athletes at any level. Classes of 14-18 athletes depending on class structure. Marked red/location hall 6

WODstacle

This class is a WOD in combination with our new indoor obstacle parcours. We pay attention to technique and gripstrength in combination with endurance and other well-known exercises in CrossFit. All levels of athletes welcome. Classes of 14. Wearing long tights is advised in this class. Marked red/location hall 4

U1 Strength

Our Strength Classes are designed to build up strength, this is based on a classic strength program which include the foundations of lifting, pressing & squatting, with an emphasis on technique. All levels of athlete welcome. Classes of 10.  Marked dark blue/location back hall 6.

U1 Weightlifting  

This is a weightlifting class comprising of snatch, clean & jerk, aimed completely at reaching and learning a better & safer technique. All levels of athlete welcome. Classes of 10. Marked orange/location back hall 6.

U1 Lite

A CrossFit Lite WOD (Workout Of the Day) has the same ingredients as a regular WOD (functional movements, constant varied done at relative high intensity), but without complex movements and no heavy weights. Our first focus is moving with the right mechanics with the basic movements and build it up from there. Classes of 12. Marked purple/location hall 4.

U1 Strongman

This class aims at building functional brute strength. Short, heavy, explosive movements. We use kettlebells, sandbags, sledges, yoke, atlas stones, basically heavy objects you can move from A to B. Classes of 12. Marked brown/location hall 4.

Metcon Friday

Metabolic Conditioning is a method of training that involves a very high work rate, using exercises designed to burn more calories during your workout. This means longer work-out with uncomplicated movements. All levels of athlete welcome. Classes of maximum 18. Marked red/location hall 6

U1 Endurance 

Endurance work-outs are based on conditioning and involves mainly running, rowing & assault bikes. All levels of athlete welcome. Classes of maximum 18. Marked yellow/location hall 4 (in winter) or outside (in summer). 

Open Gym

We offer limited “open gym” hours for athletes who wish to work extra on strength or skills. No trainer is present, maximum 6 athletes.  Marked light blue/location back hall 6
