Event 1:

1 Attempt at fastest time

Sandbag load


Move 8 x 45kg bags and 8 x 50kg sandbags from one end of the track to the other. One attempt only. Any form of carry allowed.

Event 2:

2 attempts at fastest time

Yoke carry


Load up 2.25x bodyweight (Rx), 1.75x BW (intermediate) or 1.25x BW (beginner) yoke. Carry it up AND down the track once as fast as possible. DO NOT attempt to turn with the yoke on the back. Drop and turn around only.
