Event 1:

2 attempts at max distance
Yoke carry


Load up 2x bodyweight (Rx), 1.5x BW (intermediate) or BW (beginner) yoke. Carry it as many times up and down the track as possible in 60sec. DO NOT attempt to turn with the yoke on the back. Drop and turn around only.

Event 2:

1 attempt at max weight

Start on 60/40kg and perform 1 rep. Add 20/10kg and do another rep. Repeat until failure. Timecap 2min.
