WOD: EMOM for 15 min:
Min 1: 45sec Double unders (or attempts)
Min 2: Max Push Press 22/12 kilo

Technique/focus: Push up & Shoulder to overhead

Wod: Partner wod Amrap

100 Push ups—Partner holds Elbow plank position
150 Box jumps 20/16″—Partner holds bottom squat position
200 Db shoulder to overhead 15/10 kilo—Partner holds plank position on hands

Advanced: Feet on box push ups & 22,5/15 kg Db
Intermediate: 17,5/12,5 kg
Beginner: regular or box push ups & 15/10 kg Db
