Warming up: 4 rounds

200 meter jog or 25 singles & 25 Double unders (50 reps)

10 push ups

5 burpees

Rest 1  min!!!

Straight in to 1 min of max burpees

Rest 3 Min.

 

WOD: In 90 sec.

Run 200 meter or 50 Double unders

AMRAP Burpees

Repeat until cooked!!!!!!!
