Warm up B. 5 Rounds on speed!!!!!

Goal: reach a quick heart rate spike! 

5 Air squats

5 Sit ups

 

Rest 3 Min before starting the WOD !

 

WOD: 20 Min Emom:

10 Air squats 

10 Sit ups (use an ad mat or a rolled up towel in the small of your back)

 

Partner variation: 20 Min Emom:

Partner a completes 20 Air squats while…Partner b completes 20 Sit ups

Rotate on the next min.
