WOD a: 15 Min Amrap:

12 Alt.overhead lunges Use odd object or kb/db/weightplate

20 Double unders *Scaled penguin jumps 

5 Pistols each side


WOD b: Calf stress relief 

Take 5 Min. to work on the calfs to relieve stress from jumping!!
