10 Alt. dumbbell/kettlebell Snatches
10 dumbbell/kettlebell single arm overhead squats
* if you have no equipment do 10 ground to overhead sandbag/bagpack + 10 single arm overhead squats.

400 meter run
20 Alternating Db/kb snatches
20 Single arm overhead squats
*OHS change arms you choose
If running is not possible do:
2 min of double unders or
1min high knees
