Warm up B. 2 Rounds of:

20 Alt.Lunges

15 Body Weight good mornings

 

WOD: “Home Alone Angie”

100 Burpees

100 Sit Ups

100 Push ups (RX+HSPU)

100 Air squats

Scaled: 75 reps of everything

Push ups you can scale to knee push ups

You are all going to be the Kings & Queens of burpees !
