Straight in to:

3 rounds

5 push ups

10 Air squats

15 lunges

Straight out:

Run/skip/burpee easy slow pace for 2 -4min

WOD: “Loredo”

6 rounds for time

24 Air squats

24 Push ups

24 walking lunges

400 meter run

 

*If you can’t run do 2 min Burpees or Rope jumps/Double unders
