Use a 20” inch box or something sturdy like a chair, a low wall or beer crate
and wear a ruck pack that weighs 20 kilo for men, and 15 kilo for women.
A ruck is a weighted backpack to simulate the gear carried during a hiking expedition.
Score is the time it takes to complete all 1000 repetitions.
