Power snatch –  hip contact and aggressive catch

WOD:

5 Power snatch (40/27.5kg) + 8 Burpees over the bar

Pistol mobility

Overhead stability

WOD:

A) 15min handstand walk practice

Rx+ = obstacle handstand walk

B) 3 Rounds for time:

5 Rope climbs

30 Alternating pistol squats
