Small Group Training
*NEW* Pilot Project for Small Group Focus Training
Reach your goals.
Starting in November. CrossFit U1 will be starting 2 focus group trainings, 6 week program, 6 athletes per group.
1. Kipping Pull-Up: 6 WEEKS
DATES: 4.11–11.11–18.11–25.11–2.12 & 16.12
2. Ring Muscle Up: 6 WEEKS
DATES: 29.10–5.11–12.11–19.11–26.11 & 3.12
During the program we will focus on the following:
One on one correction.
Individual plan aimed at your specific weaknesses.
Awareness of muscle groups & how to strengthen muscles.
Correct scaling during WODs.
Specific flexibility training.
You will also receive:
Personal focus on technic and personal guided homework and the use of Crossfit U1 for practising.
Requirements for Kipping Pull-Up Focus group
- Your are injury shoulder/wrist/elbow FREE !!!!
- You have a good kip or you are nearly there with your chin over the bar YES you can sign up
- You can do good RX push-up +4 YES you can sign up
- You can do 1 or 2 and want to learn how to do consecutive pull ups. YES you can sign up
Requirements for Ring Muscle-Ups
- You are injury shoulder/wrist/elbow FREE !!!
- You can do strict/kipping chest to bar pull-ups. YES you can sign up
- You can do strict ring dips +3 YES you can sign up
- You can do 1 or 2 ring muscle ups and want to learn how to do them consecutively.
- YES you can sign up
If you are unsure whether you reach the above requirements ask a coach for their advise next time you are at the box.
We only have 6 places per group only.
The Small group training Cost €90,00 for the whole 6 week program
